Before you ask

What is a credit?
Credits are the single unit we bill on. A successful job costs credits by the engine it ran on — Light 1, Standard 5, Stealth 30. Credits are charged only when a job succeeds: if it fails because of us — infrastructure, egress, a timeout on our side — it isn't billed.
Is scraping legal?
Scraping publicly available data is broadly lawful in the EU, but the responsibility for what you collect and how you use it is yours. We give you the controls — rate limits, robots awareness, data retention and deletion — to stay on the right side of GDPR and a target's terms. We don't scrape on your behalf without your instruction.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on infrastructure hosted in France. Artifacts stay under your retention policy and are deleted on schedule or on request.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from the console. Plan changes are prorated; cancellation stops future billing and leaves your data accessible through the end of the period.
