Plans and subscription

Plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) and their features are described on the Pricing page. Subscription is online, or by contract for Enterprise.

Prices and billing

• Prices are stated excluding tax, in euros.
• French VAT applies where due; EU reverse-charge applies with a valid VAT number.
• Billing is monthly: a recurring plan fee plus usage in credits beyond the plan's included pool. Each successful job consumes credits according to the engine used (Light 1, Standard 5, Stealth 30).
• A job that fails due to ScrapeNest is not billed.

Payment

Payments are due on receipt of invoice per the agreed terms. Late payment may incur statutory interest and suspension of service after formal notice.

Term, changes and termination

• Subscriptions have no minimum term unless an Enterprise contract states otherwise.
• Plan changes take effect on a pro-rata basis.
• Termination ends future billing; your data stays accessible until the end of the current period, then is purged per your retention policy.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided per the commitments of your plan. ScrapeNest's liability is capped, within legal limits, at the amounts paid over the last twelve months.

Data protection

Processing of personal data within the service is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of the contract.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the competent courts of ScrapeNest's registered office, subject to mandatory rules.
